Fees
What you pay, how it is charged, and what is included.
1.25% per annum on net asset value, accrued daily, charged monthly in arrears. Includes portfolio management, custody, reporting and reconciliation.
15% on realised gains above a 6% annual hurdle, with a high-water mark. No performance fee on unrealised or paper gains.
Zero entry fee. Zero exit fee. Standard blockchain network fees apply to withdrawals; we do not mark up network fees.
What is included
We do not receive rebates, soft-dollar credits or inducements from any counterparty. We do not internalise flow. We do not charge inactivity fees, currency-conversion mark-ups or statement fees. If you find a charge you cannot explain, contact us and we will refund it.
